Bear Is Up is a beta educational and training platform for simulated trading replay, practice, analytics, and journaling. By creating an account or using Bear Is Up, you agree to these terms.

## Beta Product

Bear Is Up is still in beta. Features may change, break, be incomplete, or be removed. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

## Education and Training Only

Bear Is Up is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, or trading signal service. The platform does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trade recommendations, or instructions to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, futures contract, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

## Simulated Trading Risk

Bear Is Up uses simulated trading, replay, market data, calculated analytics, and simulated fills. Simulated fills may differ from real fills. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Platform outputs may contain bugs or unexpected behavior.

You are responsible for your own real trading and investment decisions. Do not rely on Bear Is Up as the basis for a live trade or financial decision.

## Your Account

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the platform lawfully. You may not misuse, resell, scrape, attack, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.
